Mailroom/Switchboard:

The Mailroom / Switchboard office is located in the Student Services Building, Room 115.

Unless otherwise posted, hours are:
Monday through Friday - 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Closed daily from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m.

Mailroom functions include the Switchboard (the main telephone number to the College), distribution of Interoffice Mail, and the handling and preparation of U.S. mail ensuring U.S. Postal Service Regulations are followed. Posting of Overnight, Priority, Certified, Registered, and Insured letters and packages are handled through the Mailroom for faculty and staff only. Deliveries of reprographics orders are also distributed through the Mailroom. Additional functions include:

  • Faculty & Staff Mailboxes
  • Temporary Parking Passes
  • Lost and Found
  • Key Requests
  • Fax machine (for Faculty and Staff use only)

Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

At the Cashier's Office you can:
  • Pay fees or fines
  • Purchase parking permits
  • Purchase MST bus passes
  • Receive petty cash reimbursements (Faculty and Staff only)
