This site has been developed to provide information about the types of services available from the Hartnell College Facilities Services Departments as well as information on how to obtain those services. It is also a place to share information about the Facilities Departments.
Our Campus and facilities are serviced by a dedicated team of employees working to operate, maintain, repair, renovate, and clean over 958,648 square feet of space over three campuses. We offer a myriad of services that include: repair, maintenance and renovation of facilities and the infrastructure, custodial services, grounds landscape management, purchasing, and receiving.

Director of Facilities, Operations, and Asset Management
The Facilities Services Department, consisting of Facilities Maintenance, Grounds Service, Custodial Services, and Purchasing and Receiving supports the mission of Hartnell College by maintaining and enhancing buildings, grounds, and infrastructure in a cost-effective, safe, and environmentally responsible manner. We exist to provide and improve facilities and related services for our customers – the students, faculty, staff, and community.
The Department of Facilities Services oversees the routine maintenance of building structures, grounds maintenance, purchasing, and central receiving. Joseph Reyes, the Director of Facilities, Operations, and Asset Management, oversees the following areas: Facilities Maintenance, Grounds Services, Custodial Services, Purchasing, and Receiving.
