If you need to update your home address, you may do so by completing a Change of Address form in Admissions & Records, or you may change it on-line using PAWS.
You will leave the Hartnell College Web Site to complete your online application process. First, please read the following instructions, then click on the Application Center button at the bottom of this page. When you leave the Hartnell College Web Site, a new window will open up at the California Community College Online Application Center. Hartnell College Web Site will remain open, behind the new window, for references purposes.
Most correspondence will be by email. Since you will be asked to provide an email address, we strongly encourage you to create an email account if you do not already have one. Our counselors can help you complete an education plan, prepare transfer agreements, select a major or career, or help with a personal problem. Appointments can be made by stopping by the Counseling Department, located down the hall from Admissions & Records (B-121) or by calling the Counseling Department at (831) 755-6820. Drop-in counseling is also available.
Student financial assistance opens the door to post-secondary education for many who could not otherwise afford its cost. The purpose of financial aid is to assist eligible students in meeting educational costs while attending school. Hartnell College offers programs to provide assistance for students with documented financial need. Financial need is the difference between the cost of education and the resources available to the student. FOR MORE INFORMAITON, stop by the Financial Aid Office located next to Admissions & Records (B-121) or apply online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
