Projects produced for the benefit of individuals or organizations other than Hartnell College and its students will be ratified by the Board of Trustees. The Hartnell College staff shall provide exclusive control and management of students engaged in lab projects off campus as part of their regularly assigned duties.

The Superintendent/President or designee has developed suitable project contract forms to implement this policy. These forms are available in the Office of the Dean of Occupational Education.
