The Governing Board authorizes a designee of the Superintendent/
President to meet and confer with management, confidential and supervisory
personnel and to develop, implement and maintain administrative
regulations regarding the working conditions of management, confidential
and supervisory personnel. These regulations shall include:
1. Work year
2. Leave of absence
3. Health and welfare benefits
4. Retirement benefits
5. Salary schedule including placement and advancement
6. Management personnel - exclusion from overtime
7. Professional growth
8. Performance Assessment
9. Disciplinary Action
10. Other related benefits
