All printing of class handouts or syllabi will be handled by Office Depot. Faculty need to participate in an online or in person training session to be issued a logon and the ability to order printed material for their classes. To sign up for Office Depot training, please contact the appropriate division administrative assistant.
All print jobs must be submitted in electronic format. Office Depot can accept documents uploaded in the following formats: Hard copy documents may be scanned into electronic format using one of the scanners located in the Faculty Resource Center within the Hartnell Library or in CAB 101.
