Adjunct Faculty Virtual Orientation

The following virtual orientation has been designed to help you become more familiar with the Hartnell College community and to provide you with useful information necessary to function effectively within our campus environment. Start by viewing the Orientation Overview Power Point presentation listed below. Next, follow each Virtual Orientation link to familiarize yourself with board and administrative policies, day-to-day procedures, mandated regulations and deadlines, as well as a tutorial explaining how to electronically access your class roster and submit final grades.

Once you have completed the Virtual Orientation, please download, complete and return the Employee Acknowledgement of Completion (Word version. Please save file to your computer, then complete, save and attach to an email to return. Send to jfellguth@hartnell.edu).

New Adjunct Instructor Paperwork
This paper work will be given to you at the time of hire. All paperwork must be completed and submitted to the Department Administrative Assistant prior to your first class meeting. Adjuncts are also required to submit current TB test results and be fingerprinted. The instructions and forms for obtaining a TB test and fingerprints will be included in your packet of forms.
