Census date. Your enrollment on this date will be used to determine your financial aid eligibility. No other adjustments will be made to your aid unless you withdraw from all classes. If your financial aid is processed after census date it will be based on your enrollment at that time.

Fall 2012 Enrollment/Tuition fees due for students who registered from April 25 to July 16, 2012. Fees must be paid by July 16th or students will be dropped from their Fall 2012 classes.

July 16 - August 20th

Fall 2012 Enrollment/Tuition fees due within 24 hours for students who registered from July 17 - August 19 or students will be dropped from their Fall 2012 classes.

September 2nd of each year

Secondary deadline for Cal Grant only for community college students. If you have completed at least 24 degree applicable units by the end of the Summer Term, Hartnell College will send your GPA electronically on your behalf
