There is still time to register for classes at Hartnell College. The Spring semester begins on Monday, January 27th. Phone registration and in-person registration continues until January 23rd. .Pre-registration starts on January 14 and continues until January 18th. Late registration is available from January 21st to 23rd.
For Admission Services Available by Phone (ASAP) students must be in good academic standing, have no delinquencies/debts, and they must have taken the STAAR Placement Test or filed a STAAR exemption. ASAP is available Monday through Saturday, 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., students may defer payment until February 7th. For ASAP registration call (831) 755-6755.
In-person pre-registration will take place in Steinbeck Hall at Hartnell College, at the King City Center and at East Campus, beginning January 14th and continuing until January 23rd. Students are registered throughout the week based on the first letter of their last name. Late registration is open to all students from Tuesday, January 21st until Thursday, January 23rd. But students who wait may not be able to get into the class of their choice because the class may be full. Registration is closed on Friday, January 24th for printing of rosters.
Fees for California residents are $11 per unit. Those with financial need may apply for financial aid, call (831) 755-6806 for financial aid requirements.
