Hartnell College Represented in Who's Who Among Students In American Junior Colleges

Oct. 18, 2002

There are 98 students from Hartnell College who have been selected to be in the 2003 edition of Who's Who Among Students In American Junior Colleges. These students have been selected as national outstanding campus leaders.

The nominating committee and editors of the annual directory have included the names of these students based on their academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in extracurricular activities and potential for continued success. They join an elite group of students from more than 1,400 institutions of higher education in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and several foreign nations.

"We at Hartnell College are very proud of these 98 students. This makes it all worthwhile," said Dr. Edward Valeau, President of Hartnell College.

Outstanding students have been honored in the annual directory since it was first published in 1966.
